There is no way to automatically transfer between accounts. You would need to

1. run a multi launch program such as http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/i...t10373154.html

or

2. Find someone you trust to be the middleman

or

3. Ask Support to merge your new account into your old one, keeping the old (now upgraded) account and losing the new account.
